Returns within Greece


Shipping method


You prepare your package and enclose inside this the completed return form and the receipt.

Take the package to the nearest ELTA COURIER store and request that it be sent back to our company at a consignee's fee.
- In case you want a replacement, the shipping cost of your replacement is 4€ and will be charged to cash on delivery as soon as you receive your package.

- In case you want a refund, the shipping cost of €4 will be deducted from the refund that will be made to your account.
- In the event that you receive the wrong or defective product, the replacement or refund process will be carried out at no charge to you.

As soon as we receive your return, we will inform you by phone or e-mail about its progress.

We would like you to know that you can exchange any product within 14 days of receiving it and the exchange process usually takes 5-7 days.


Useful information

All products must be returned unworn, with all tags attached and in salable condition within 14 days of receipt of order. When trying on the shoes, make sure they don't come into contact with anything that might leave a mark or smell, for example perfumes, deodorants, smoke, sweat, testing on a dirty floor. We will not be able to accept any return of product where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

In the event that you request a refund, the funds will appear in your account within 7-10 business days of us receiving the refund. We recommend for your own convenience, so that there are no additional deductions from the bank, that the account you give belongs to a National, Piraeus & Alpha bank.

Replacement or change of the product can only be done if there is availability of the requested product. If the product you want is not available, the e-shop service department will contact you to offer you additional options.

For returns from abroad


Returns must be made exclusively with the post office's registered parcel service.

The product return form must be included in the package, stating the reason for the return and the receipt. The company does not provide pre-paid return forms, so when you return oneproduct is your responsibility to reach us safely. We recommend that when making returns by post, you use the registered mail service or any service that you feel will ensure the safe transportation of the products. Please keep all postage receipts safe until you receive your refund from our company.


All products purchased from must be returned to the central warehouses of the e-shop. Products purchased from stores cannot be returned to us, but to the store from which they were purchased. We cannot accept responsibility for any items not purchased from this website

In case you want a refund with the return of the product, your money will be deposited into the account you have declared approximately 10-12 working days after the receipt of your return by our company.

We can exchange a product for you for a different size or color or with a different item. If the size you require is not in stock, you will be refunded, in which case we will contact you.


Defective/Wrong Item

Before each shipment, a high standard of inspection is carried out to ensure that the products that reach the hands of the customers are in excellent quality condition. In case you notice any defect in the product, please fill out the Return Form, which is inside the package, in detail, before returning it to us. You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return it. The alternatives we offer you are the following:


Replacement*. We will do our best to replace the defective product you returned to us (same code, size and color can be changed).


Policy of changes during the sale period.

Products purchased up to 14 days before the start of the discount period can be exchanged for different products during the sale. The amount of the receipt of the returned product is deducted from the total amount of the new replacement order. The same applies to the products purchased duringof the discount period, they can be exchanged for different products within 14 days of their purchase. The amount of the receipt of the returned discount product is deducted from the total amount of the receipt of the new order.

Changes in size and color of the same product purchased before, after or during the discount period are normally made with the same receipt.





In the event that replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you with an alternative.
This policy refers exclusively to online purchases. Physical stores follow a different return policy for information please contact your store of purchase.
