Do I need to be a member to order?
No it is not necessary. However, we do inform you that our registered members enjoy additional discounts on several types. In addition, our members are the first to be informed of our new offers while selected products are only available in the member’s area.

 

 

 

How can I order?
Very easily! After selecting the products you want, click on the top right in the "Shopping cart" and follow the simple instructions listed. Alternatively, you can email us (24 hours) at info@anatomic-footwear.com.

 

 

Can I order by phone call?
Of course! We would be happy to talk to you on 216.9001458 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 -16: 00 and Saturday 10:00 to 14:00

 

 

When will I receive my order?
Once we receive your order, the shipment process begins automatically. Depending on your location, orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. For bulky products or products that may not be readily available we may need an additional 2-3 days. In any case you will be informed immediately about the progress of your order. If you need any specific instructions regarding the time and place of delivery please contact us.

 

 

How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping and delivery costs are free within Greece. For other occasions please contact us.

 

How can I cancel an order?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and if the order has not been sent from us yet, please contact us with one of the known ways indicating your order number or your nickname.
